I loved economy double room with an outside temperature > 30c. The location was decent and unbeatable because it was really close to the excellent aero technical museum which took about 30 minutes, to the technical museum, and restaurant

Late night staff not friendly. Non english speaker was at the reception, could not help with any issue. Nosiy fan in the bathroom. No proper shades in the room.

The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it very convenient for exploring the surrounding attractions. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Despite the hot weather, the rooms on the top floor remained comfortable and cool. Lastly, the breakfast options were plentiful and offered a great start to the day.

The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options including eggs, sausages, breads, and fruits. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of the train station. The room, although small, had everything we needed and the shower had excellent water pressure. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned by other guests, such as the lack of tea/coffee in the room and the reception being closed during the night, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this charming hotel for a pleasant stay in the area. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel's location in downtown was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the staff, in general, were helpful and friendly, making us feel comfortable during our stay. the spacious room and clean bathroom provided a comfortable and enjoyable environment. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from.

We encountered a rude receptionist named Laura, whose behavior tarnished an otherwise pleasant experience. This issue should be addressed by management to maintain a positive image.

The staff were very kind and always happy to help us. They gave us useful information about the city and provided clear directions to key attractions nearby. the breakfast was really good and at a reasonable price. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a restaurant and bar open late.

Our room had a small window with no view, which felt a bit enclosed. the bed was too soft and bouncy for our liking.

Incredibly pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even calling me when I was running late. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of options including fresh bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, and fruits.
